This property was beautiful! The house was well maintained and very clean! It was perfectly located! The view was unbeatable!

Our only issue was electricity was out on our arrival for about 4 -5 hrs. It was out all over southern Croatia due to the extreme heat, I believe. Then we had problems with AC up in 3rd floor master bedroom that eventually just stopped working. Because Sumartin is small village on Brac Island it was difficult to get parts to fix. It did not get fixed prior to our 6 night holiday ending. With all that said- we would still give it a 10! Renata, our contact, was excellent and was even there at midnight to try and get AC working!
