The house was good easy to locate. The host advised the location of the key to enter. There was ample room for our group. Very clean and well presented. The host was very helpful. An information folder for Tamworth area, instructions for the TV and technology would be very useful for guests. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended for future guests.

Only minor issues. The dryer lint filter was full of lint. This is a fire hazard. We cleaned it. Plastic on the dining table, and the lounge was different to the one advertised.

Dining room chairs needed attention! En-suite had direct access to the bedroom with no door between.

Off street parking for 2 cars. Private. Effective split system air cond/ heating. Comfortable beds. Spacious. 2 bathrooms.

Harsh lighting. All globes Cool White. Much softer in Warm White. Heat lamps in bathrooms were inadequate. No microwave cookware. Ignition on gas cooktop is defective. Large wok burner would explode on ignition and could not be used. Plastic covers on coffee & dining tables took away pleasure of using timber tabletops. No condiments. No information leaflets for Tamworth. Inappropriate for host to come to property while we were there. Felt like we were being checked upon.
