"Lovely area with such a nice garden just outside, and a very friendly puppy that welcomed us"

One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in, very spacious kitchen and bathroom with everything you’d need

Wifi disconnected a couple of times but a quick restart of the router fixed it no worries, everything was perfect

The cottage is in a very very quiet area, one of two built in the well kept gardens of an extremely large house . The cottage was well furnished to cater for all your needs , the bed was extremely comfy.

WiFi was extremely poor

Great location in a peaceful spot. Cottage has all the amenities you'd expect. Beautiful decor and comfortable bed. Great value for money. Would recommend and would stay again ourselves.

Wifi was a little patchy at times but all other facilities were great.

The location was lovely, beautiful grounds and very peaceful.Fixtures and fittings were all high quality,and the bed was probably one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.Would love to stay again when back in New Zealand..

A beautiful cottage well appointed, in a rural location, Very close to tauranga.

Very cosy and comfortable, Very quiet, plenty of fresh air. Listen to the birds in the morning.
