Delos Luxury Villa

The location and outside area was really nice. Lots of room to spread out and you are on the ocean! The air in the bedrooms.

Well, the inside of the of the house is need TLC. There is no where in the house where we could sit comfortably in air conditioning. The mosquitoes were too bad to leave the doors open to the outside and inside the house it was hot, despite the fans. The kitchen is OK but if you want to cook, the knives are dull, the pans are old and should be tossed. Someone left something in the microwave that we didn't notice until a smell started emanating from it. The ant problem in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms was pretty bad. We ran out of bottled water and were told to go fill the bottles ourselves. The caretaker ended up filling 2 bottles for us but we were out of water for almost a day. The pool doesn't have a filtering device or pump so it became a little cloudy and very sandy. There is no place to wash off your feet before you get in. We had to pay a 5% surcharge to use our credit card for the booking. We travel in Mexico all the time and are not fussy. I know that some may not consider 1000 dollars a night a lot of money, but it isn't nothing.
