чудова природа і чан, навколо мало людей (по суті тільки сусіди з 2 навколишніх будинків), але близько до міста

немає плити (всі кухонну техніку замінили мультиваркою), нестабільний wifi, немає телевізора/проектора, в чані іноді мутна вода, холодна вода в чан напускається ззовні будинку, не було нормального столу, тільки журнальний
