הווילה נמצאת במתחם מחוץ לזלטיבור עם נוף מדהים, מעוצבת היטב, בעלת 2 שירותים ו-2 מקלחות. המטבח מאובזר, יש מכונת כביסה יחד עם מייבש ומתלה כביסה.

בווילה אין דברי טואלטיקה (שמפו, מרכך), נייר טואלט מספיק לחצי יום (השלמנו), אין שירותי ניקיון. יש רק מזגן אחד לכל החלל (2 קומות עם תקרה גבוהה מאוד כך שלמעלה כל הזמן חם). שהינו בימים מאוד חמים ולכן זה היה קריטי עבורנו. ביקשנו מאוורר- לאם הבית לא היה).
