Villa Porta

Plenty of room for 6 of us, but would also be good for 8. Air con was welcome, but we only needed it before sleeping. Comfortable beds. Very friendly host who gave us plenty of excellent recommendations for places to visit and to eat out.

Nothing we didn't like, but you need a car as the town of Sibenik is about 2 miles away. There is off street parking up a steep drive

We had an overall pleasant experience at Villa Porta. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the fact that the villa was well-equipped. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, which contributed to a comfortable feel. Moreover, the owner was very helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. Although small, the swimming pool was always clean and well-maintained.

However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. A major concern was the sound insulation of the place - the doors and walls didn’t provide enough soundproofing, causing most noises to be heard. The swimming pool was not in the immediate vicinity of the villa, requiring us to climb a slope and traverse a corridor to get there. In addition, there was no shade umbrella on the terrace, which limited its use in the morning. Lastly, we noticed a problem with a sewage smell in the bathrooms and the lack of a support for the shower gel in the showers

This place deserves no less than a perfect rating. Clean and confortable, quiet and cosy. Has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Swimming pool was a nice plus and has 3 supermarkets in walking distance. Host was friendly and ready to help. Will return for sure.

The house has great layout so it doesn’t feel crowded even with eight people in it. There are enough bathrooms, beads are comfortable, it has all kitchen equipment you need to prepare simple dishes or barbecue, everything is clean… House is easy to find, hosts very nice and helpful, there is enough parking space and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Everything was as described, hosts were very helpful, place was very clean, neat, we have enjoyed our stay
