Villa Tropicana

Villa as gorgeous in person as the pictures. Very spacious with excellent facilities for our large group. Brilliant kitchen equipment and utensils. Excellent BBQ and easy to use. Pool very spacious and outdoor areas are fantastic. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and eat and socialise. High quality bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with plenty of balconies!

We would've liked higher quality and more pillows. Everything else was brilliant!

I have just returned home from staying at Villa Tropicana for 2 weeks. This villa could be amazing however there are several points that the owners need to sort out for future peope staying at the villa. - When we arrived we had no hot water and we had to climb up on the roof and clean the solar panels to be able to get hot water. -2 of the sunbeds were broken which we ended up buying tools to fix ourselves after we were told there was nothing they could do about them. The villa sleeps 12 but only 10 sunbeds. - The sliding wardrobe doors in 3 rooms broke while we were there. The maintenance guy did fix one however when the other one broke he didn't come back out to fix it even though they were told. -The lock on the patio door leading out to the front balcony was broken when we arrived, it took them several days to come and fix it and within a couple days it had broken again. When they were notified we were told to just shut the stutters- this didn't feel very safe to us. - There are NO parasoles round the pool and we were told to buy our own. - Several of the toilets smelt of sewers which wasn't pleasant at all. - In one of the double bedrooms there was a duvet without a cover- this was not hygienic and we had to wait a week till the cleaners came to put a duvet cover over it. - There was only 1 pillow per person and these were the flattest pillows you could imagine. When we asked for more we were only given 1 extra pillow for 1 person. - There was really bad wind one night and the shutters in one of the bedrooms was broke and kept banging all night. We had to wedge a pillow to stop the banging. The lady barely got any sleep all night and we were told this couldn't be fixed while we were there. - The kitchen was not equipped for 12 people- e.g 4 mugs, not enough glasses etc. We were constantly having to wash them up which is not what you want to be doing on holiday! Please fix all of the above for future people staying at the villa!

The location was great and within easy reach of the town centre, around a 20 minute walk. Facilities were adequate Spacious pool area, with plenty of sun loungers Good service Local supermarket is a short walk from the Villa and accommodates all requirements

needs more pillars on each bed, we paid extra for the heated pool took 3 days to get to 28’ C was supposed to be 30’c kids found it to cold to start with, also quiet hilly so you need to be reasonable fit

This villa is beautiful, especially the outside spaces and pool area, we all loved it and have already booked to return next year. The views are amazing. It was very clean with everything you’d need provided.

A mirror in the master bedroom would have been useful, and maybe a dressing table & tables on the balconies.

This property was absolutely fantastic. It is massive and it exceeded our expectations. Lovely spacious rooms, all with large en-suite bathroom and also large balcony. Modern decor and multiple TV's with many streaming services. Beds/bedding very comfortable. Kitchen facilities superb. Private pool. Outdoor BBQ. Very comfortable lounge with large dining table and lovely comfy sofas. Great outdoor furniture. Close to old town and marina [both 10 min walk]. I could go on all day about this amazing experience - highly recommended! We loved it. Also, the host, Rex, allowed us a late check-out which was extremely helpful, as my mum is disabled. Thank you very much.
