Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid ID at check-in. Failing to do so, the cancelation policy will apply. A refundable cash or credit card deposit is needed per unit as follows: EUR 200 when booking the One-Bedroom Apartment or the One-Bedroom Villa. EUR 300 when booking the Two-Bedroom Apartment or the Two-Bedroom Villa. EUR 400 when booking the Palm Villa or the Palm Villa Plus The property's reception opening hours are: - in low season (until May 4th): from 09:00 to 18:00 - in high season (from May 5th): from 09:00 to 20:00 Guests arriving outside reception hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. A deposit may be required at the property.
