Villas Sol e Poesia

Location is within walking distance to three beaches, a small shop, a couple of bars and restaurants plus a small supermarket. The villa is on a small complex that is quiet and tidy. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen for our large party to be able to eat at the villa if we wanted and roomy enough for 8 of us to be comfortable at all times

Sehr große Unterkunft. Im Sommer bestimmt sehr gut gelegen und mit eigenem kleinem Pool. Im Winter, also jetzt über Silvester, spielt das nicht unbedingt eine Rolle. Gutes Internet/WLan. Gute Küchenausstattung.

Zunächst, jetzt, Wintersaison, bei Ankunft eiskalte Räume, alle Räume und vor allen Dingen alle Betten klamm, Also sehr feucht und das in der ersten Nacht, obwohl ich noch den Manager darum gebeten hatte, die Heizung (Klimaanlage) rechtzeitig anzumachen. Ist leider nicht geschehen. Dadurch konnten wir dann auch am ersten Abend nicht warm duschen, da kein warmes Wasser da war. Wir mussten erst die Solaranlage einschalten, damit dann warmes Wasser da war. Dann hinter mehreren Betten und im Wohnzimmer Schimmel und sehr feuchte Wände. Wurde von dem Putzservice einigermaßen gesäubert, ist aber natürlich nicht weg. In der Küche ging die Leiste unter den Küchenschränken nicht. Im Kühlschrank auch kein Licht.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko pięknych plaż. W pobliżu bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony sklep Apolonia . Na plaży małe restauracje gdzie można zjeść śniadanie I lunch.

Jest trudność że znalezieniem lokalizacj bo nie ma numeru budynku. Trzeba szukać według nazwy. Warto dodać że w pobliżu jest przystanek Taxi.

Very nice Villa with 3 Bedrooms, one ensuite and two toilet/showers. God kitchen and plenty of spaces to sunbathe.

As others have mentioned, the swimming pool needs attention.. Missing tiles I can deal with but an underwater light fitting from the pool was upturned on the side of the pool with the cable going back into the water. Appreciate the fitting would be fully insulated as it was an underwater light and the circuit may have been switched off. But it is not something you should see especially with children playing in the pool.
