Beautiful villa with an amazing view . The owner went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Er is een extra bed neergezet omdat er op het laatste een extra persoon meekwam. Dat waardeer ik. De ligging is mooi.

De situatie bij het zwembad is heel erg gevaarlijk!! De tegels om het zwembad heen zijn spekglad als ze nat zijn en ook als je zachtjes en voorzichtig loopt glij je uit. We hebben erg voorzichtig gedaan maar toch is er op de laatste dag daardoor een groot ongeluk gebeurd. Mijn volwassen dochter is gevallen bij het zwembad terwijl ze lie. Ze is op haar achterhoofd gevallen en haar kaak was uit de kom en ze heeft nog steeds serieuze nekklachten. Ook in het huis zijn de tegels erg glad. Net als de trap en dat terwijl er aan de trap geen leuning zit. Ik adviseer dringend om deze onveilige situatie op te lossen en de tegels antislip te maken. Ik zou niet nu nog een keer het huis boeken vanwege deze onveilige situatie bij het zwembad.

The location is simply breathtaking. Hist was very helpful indeed.

The showers need updating and the bath mats need replacing or changing with every customer, mould on back . Just needed some basic cleaning products and more than one tea towel

The location of the villa was perfect! The landscaping and cleanliness was perfect. We had two families who would not enjoy the stay if it was just a little dirty, but it was simply perfect. We met the cleaning lady in a few days and she provided exceptional service too. All our needs were met with one phone call. We asked for some fire coals and other small stuff and it was brough to us within a few hours and everything was free of charge, The service of the owner was outstanding.

When we arrived, the hot water lasted for less than an hour. In two days, I had to call the owner to fix it which it was in the same day, but I had to call about it.

We loved the location of the Seaside Villa, it had spectacular views, and you could walk to the beach in 10 minutes and have a drink at the seaside bar or eat at one of the two restaurants for lunch. It was also very peaceful. There was also great privacy from neighbouring villas, with enough distance that you didn't hear noise. All in all pretty perfect.

A few minor issues but nothing that ruined our holiday, with curtains that didn't block out the light. Wi fi that was abit patchy. Not many plug sockets to charge phone and the one there was was behind chest of drawers.

Beautiful views. Excellent pool for kids. Marvelous and large garden with stunning palm trees. Close to the beautiful Agios Thomas beach, which is mainly used by locals. The host, Themis, did let us check out late in the evening free of charge, which was very much appreciated! Plenty of floaters provided for the pool, as well as a beach umbrella.

Poor wifi signal on the ground floor. Bathrooms not very modern, considering the rest of the villa looks quite new. But these things are easily forgotten when one looks outside! 🙂

The view was amazing. The pool was a lovely addition. The facilities in the villa were great, everything you needed for a family holiday to enable a comfortable nights sleep and the preparation of family meals - plenty of clean toilet, shower/bath facilities, even a washing machine so no need to over-pack with clothes so saving money on baggage requirements. Regularly cleaned by a friendly visiting cleaner. The host was on hand to answer any queries fast and efficiently. Amazing beaches just a short drive from the villa. Just to mention, we were not able to get any English television channels, therefore the host provided a HDMI cable, which enabled us to plug a device into the TV to watch Netflix. The location is quite remote so I would definitely recommend having a hire car to enjoy the island and to easily go to the shops, there is a Lidl a short drive from the villa. There is parking right outside the villa. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this villa.

Didn't dislike anything.

A fabulous location, with beautiful views of St Thomas' Bay. The villa is well laid out with 3 good size bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Beautiful terrace and pool area as well as a balcony accessed through upstairs bedrooms. It was exceptionally clean with good provision of towels, including beach/pool towels. It was extremely quiet and felt very private, but there was a lovely bar/restaurant within walking distance and shops and other restaurants a short drive away.

It was disappointing that there were no condiments at all, or other useful items for self-catering. Some oil, salt and pepper would have been very helpful. Also essentials such as foil and cling-film. There was only one small tea towel and just 4 teaspoons! Overall, the kitchen could have been better equipped. The other gripe was the downstairs separate toilet. It was completely unusable due to the broken seat and lack of leg room!!
