Schönes Haus in typisch sardischem Stil mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten und großen sauberen Pool.

Ruim opgezet, mooi zwembad en genoeg plek om in het zonnetje te zitten (ook balkons). Alles voorhanden. Fijn en snel contact! Rustige straat en prima te lopen naar Arzachena. Voor iedereen warm water👍

Douchecel (zeer ruime badkamer) mag wel opgeknapt worden. Maar als er niet goed geventileerd wordt door mensen hebben kitranden snel wat schimmel.

The pool was the only good thing about the house. In general not a bad house but very run down and way too expensive for what was offered

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. It was quite run down, old furniture, run down coach in the living room. Quite dirty and old equipment in the kitchen, some pots and pans should be thrown away. No AC in the living room and nothing was provided for mosquitos, no nets on the windows. The villa was good in its days, but at the moment is in dire need of renovation and a good cleaning. Way too expensive for what is offering. There is AC in the bedrooms but not in the living room. The moment you start cooking the temperature in the living rooms becomes unbearable. The outside is also run down. Old and uncomfortable outside furniture. I would not recommend this until it has been renovated completely. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken and it was all covered in scotch tape, not to mention that you have to wait for 5-10 minutes for hot water to come in all of the bathrooms.
