"Very nice stay in Ayia Napa nissi avenue"

Excellent location and host! Middle of nissi avenue but not having all the noise from surroundings. Super market 30secs away. Facilities are most convenient, and property is clean. Can take a family of four or 2 couples easily.

"Nice stay"

The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Also there was a very nice beach in walking distance and supermarket right in front of the house.

A little smell in the apartment and strange neighbors. As a group of 3 girls we didn't feel the safest about them.

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful villa for our family holiday. Location of the house is great, close to everything but secluded from bussy night life of Ayia Napa. Everything was exceptional, house amenities, wifi, cleanliness, very comfortable beds. Many thanks to our host Pavlos! Definitely would come back to stay here again!

"Excellent house close to the beach, with great facilities"

We loved absolutely everything. The size of the house was perfect for 3 adults and 1 kid. The location was 3-4 minutes away from a beach, so it was phenomenal. Very close by, a very big supermarket. The check-in and check-out was great, we arrived late in the night and the keys were available in a locked box. Furniture is new and the beds were very comfortable. There were 2 outdoor areas with chairs and tables (one in the back of the house, one up front). We couldn't have asked for more. Great value for money!

We liked everything! The vila is amaizing, spacious, modern, clean and has all facilities that you need to fully enjoy! It looks much better then on the photos and it exceeded our expectations. Host is also very nice and cooperative. We enjoyed the terace area too. For sure we will be back :)

"Amazing place"

We really enjoyed to be at Ayanapa and this apartment is amazing. It is big, comfy and very pleasant. Communication with owner was 100% and if we ever get back to Aya then we would like to choose this place again. Thank you!
