Villa Carmel

Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt! Etwa 10 min. Fußweg zum Nissi Beach und auch eine direkte Busverbindung entlang der Küste. Sehr geräumige Villa und top ausgestattet! Der Host war sehr zuvorkommend und bei Problemen oder Fragen bezüglich Aktivitäten in der Umgebung stets zur verfügung. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe ca 10 min Fußweg.

Forhandlinger med husverten i forkant. Vi hadde behov for å forskyve oppholdet i to dager frem og til slutt tilbake og måtte få hjelp av Booking.com for å få det til, selvom villa ille var opptatt av andre gjester. Og check inn kl. 1600! betyr avkortning av den første dagen av ferien når flyet landet 1125.

Beautiful villa, loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The Villa had everything we needed! So helpful having a washing machine also with a little one and going through lots of clothes! We ended up spending a lot of evenings at the villa as the outdoor area is gorgeous.

The location was perfect for us. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom and especially that one of the bedrooms was on the ground floor for my elderly parents. The host was so thorough. The villa had everything you could possibly need and if we asked for anything specific, he would bring it round almost instantly. He had so many food essentials waiting for us in the fridge catering to our 3 children. Menelaos was so thoughtful and generous when we were celebrating a special family day. We will never forget it! The pool and outdoor area were excellent. We all loved it.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the villa. I had a few sleepless nights because of youngsters in neighbouring villas being really rowdy all night and revving their bikes/jeeps, but if you’re staying in Ayia Napa in August then this can be expected.

Villa Carmel was fab and perfect size for the 5 of us. It was also very handy to have an en suite with shower in each bedroom. Our host, Menelaos, was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His tips on restaurants, taxis and food/grocery delivery were so helpful. The Villa is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and nissi beach and a short taxi ride to the centre of Ayia Napa. Waterworks water park is also a short taxi ride away.

Nice and fully equiped villa with everything you need and even more. Really friendly and helpful host makes your stay perfect. Nice also for kids with the pool. Location close to best beaches. AC workes great, also wifi. House us clean, a lot of bathrooms in the house. Fully equiped kitchen for cooking. Big fridge was really nice to with some good snacks and drinks when we arrived. Host mr. Menelaos was really THE host you can just wish for, making our holiday special with his commitment and energy. He also surprised my parents with a cake for their special anniversary 😀

The villa has everything you need. The outside area with the pool is amazing to relax in the morning. The location of the villa is really good. Not even 10 min to the most beautiful beach. The house owner is really warm, friendly and authentic. He gave us lots of tips and took good care of us. He fulfills every wish you have. Thank you sir Menelaos!

Old times hospitality - when pleasant attitude to the guest is seen in every small detail. We paid for a stay, but got much more! Seemed like the villa was not for a tourists, but like a true home, shared for a while. From the first step in, you feel welcomed. Arrived late - lights were on, we didn't had to look for them in the dark. Tired, we opened a fridge - there was food! It would be exausting to look for a shop with a kids. We were so delighted! Bread, milk, juice, ham and cheese, cornflakes, water, etc. Kitchen well equipped, everything in perfect condition, a lot of plates and glasses, cups for our family of 5. Dishwasher. Big dining table for at least 6 persons. Two air conditioners only in kitchen area, and one in every room. We didn't use fire stove inside and barbeque stove in patio, but they are clean and nice. Pool was clean, but in March it is quite cold to use (but my boys did swim). We enjoyed hot tube and sunbeds. Around the villa there is a lot of blooming plants, scent of levanda was very pleasant. It is nice to have breakfasts in covered patio. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Clean and tidy everywhere. A lot of space, furniture, to put clothes and belongings. And we were happy to find adapters Eu-Uk for our phones for every socket in the house! Seaside is nearby down the street, as well as shops and restaurants - convinient location. The last, but not least - is the host Menelaos. He visit us twice, explained everything about the house, the sightseeings, restaurants. Actually, we wanted a peacefull and lazy vacation, but he can organize for you everything you want. Boat trips, reservations, etc. Very nice person! We enjoyed our trip from snowy Lithuania to sunny Cyprus a lot! Recommend!
