The facilities are amazing, great location!

The villa does not correspond to reality, the outdoor soft furniture is different from the photos, the dishwasher does not wash the dishes, even the washing capsule does not dissolve, the clean is 0 points, you cannot clean yourself, because there is no vacuum cleaner, the mop is without a handle, and the mop for washing the floor, unless it is suitable for washing the outside. The view on the 3rd floor is beautiful, but we found broken glass there.

The property had everything needed staff could not do enough for you as soon as you text them they were there. It was spotless close to all amenities would highly recommend it

Great area of new villas, good location just next to highway, 7 minutes drive to big grocery store, 10 min. walk to Aiya Napa center. Villa itself is new and spacious, 3 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms is exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, fully equiped kitchen, private parking, well maintained pool, great outdoor area. I assume in summer one could benefit more of the pool area, outdoor dinning table and rooftop terrace. On top of that, we were contacted by the representatives of Villas2let before the trip and they smoothly responded with all we needed. Free mid-stay cleaning was provided.

In winter, the floor was cold and overall it was a bit chilly in the evenings. A bit complex water heating system, but later we figured it out. Kitchen stove, pans, was cheap and low quality. Dishwasher probably never cleaned... Overall, not big issues. Neibour villas are very close, so it could become noisy during high season if someone would be having loud kids or party late night.

Lovely spacious villa. Great sized pool. Well equipped with international TV channels, smart TV etc. couple of issues - one with Wi-Fi upstairs not working and one with hot water but both sorted super quickly by Villas2Let running the properties. The villa is set in a quiet private area - good location and easy to get into town on foot - but a bit of an uphill hike back (plenty of taxis etc around though if needed). villas2let were very attentive - contacting us before and during our stay which was comforting.

Only minor comments - some of the decor is a bit tired and in need of refreshment - pull down kitchen blinds very stained and ceiling area as well. some light at the outside table would’ve useful although there is lighting at the pool area.
