Our stay at LuxVillasRentals Ayia Napa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The attention to detail and the high-quality furnishings really made the experience feel luxurious. The location is excellent — peaceful and private, yet close enough to beaches, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. The outdoor area was a highlight for us, offering a great space to relax and unwind. Communication with the host - Arieta was outstanding. They were extremely responsive, professional, and helpful, providing clear instructions and excellent support whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in Ayia Napa. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free stay.

A great villa with a private pool - it was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close to Nissi beach - one of the best beaches in Ayia Napa! We had a very nice stay :)

The location was very good, walking distance to the beach.

This is just feedback, but the address provided does NOT allow you to find the exact Villa, I think an exact Shared Location on Whats App and a Pinned Exact Location on Google Maps should be performed by the owner, as it was not easy to find the villa, the number of the street does not take you to the villa, it takes you on the main road and the villas are accessible through the back of the street, and, it is quite difficult to locate the villas.

Place was beautiful, lot of space and for our purpose it was excellent. Host was really nice and helpful and answered for messages very quickly.

One bed was little bit broken. Host answered to messages very quickly and was happy to help all the time so this wasnt really a problem for us at all.

Beautiful villa, clean and well-maintained. The property is fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our children especially loved the cats around the property. Highly recommended!
