Villa Marina

Spacious, close to Nissi beach and the main road for restaurants and shopping. Added convenience that they included dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Kitchen was well equipped. Private parking, quiet street (in the daytime). Rooms had blackout shutters and a lot of available storage.

Could have been cleaner especially the bathrooms (previous people’s toothpaste stains on the dish soap and toothbrush holders) etc, a pair of someone else’s underwear on the floor in the bathroom. Extremely loud karaoke bar behind the property which should be mentioned in the listing, people were singing until at least 1am every night - good thing we use white noise for our kids otherwise it would have been a big problem. Air conditioners in every room were on a timer so it doesn’t stay on all night, which was especially inconvenient having to go into our kids’ bedrooms in the middle of the night to switch them back on. Could have benefited with access to the communal pool the neighbours use. Not providing beach towels or beach umbrellas in a property that is in a beach town is a bit strange.

First of all Marina the owner was extremely helpfull from the beginning, she was organizing us the transfer already 2 month before our arrival, explained everything and gave us any answer almost immediately upon our questions, thank you again! The villa has really good location and the area is so quiet and near to Nissi beach which was our goal, but you can find also lots of restaurants in a few minutes walk. Very good equipped house with everything, especially the kitchen, you couldn't wish better kitchen to make a nice breakfast or even a great dinner. About the bathrooms, there was soap, toilett paper, fresh towels, hairdryer etc.. everything was really clean. We are completely satisfied and would come back any time.
