Kube Luxury Villas

We all loved the property. It was very clean. The location was brilliant a short walk to 2x beaches. Close to restaurants, shops. Staff were amazing and were very attentive to our needs.

If I was to say anything it would be to have a gate from the road to the pool. There was nothing we didn’t like it was perfect and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The hosts arranged airport transfers for our group of 10 people from Larnaca Airport to Ayia Napa and back, which made everything very easy and convenient for us. The villa was clean, comfortable, and very nice. What we appreciated the most was their flexibility on our last day. Since our flight was late in the evening and there was no booking after us, they kindly allowed us to check out at 7 PM instead of the usual time. Thanks to this, we could relax and enjoy one more day instead of waiting outside in the heat with our luggage. Highly recommended!

We had ongoing problems with no hot water. We reached out to hosts many times but was often ignored and the problem was never resolved. For a group of adults training and competing in sporting events this led to a rather uncomfortable environment. We ended up having to pay to use a local hotel to access a hot shower which was a significant expense. We stayed at this villa last year and had no problems at all so was really disappointed by this year. There were a few issues within the property as well including an unsafe hand rail and faulty blinds suggesting that the maintenance has just not been given the required attention. Very disappointing stay and means we will not use this property again for future stays for the annual event.
