Thaiya Pool Villa

הוילה מדהימה ונותנת את כל מה שצריך תמורת מחיר נמוך מאוד! הצוות מדהים ומטפל בבקשות ברגע! כל הזמן נמצאים באיזור. בעל הבית תמיד זמין ועונה לכל בקשה ושאלה ומטפל בכל מקרה בתשומת לב מלאה ובהבנה וחברות אמיתית! לי ולמשפחתי גם היה מקרה רפואי מסוים וקיבלנו מענה אנושי ומעל המצופה מבעל הבית דון המדהים! אנחנו נחזור לשם ללא ספק.

Das sehr nette Personal, ruhige Umgebung auch wenn es schon weit aussen liegt zur City oder Market, durch den Stau jeden Tag fährt man eine Weile. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es kleine Läden man muss laufen. Sonst sieht man den Big Buddha von weitem auf dem Berg. Und hat das Personal sehr gut gefallen sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Beautiful pool, and property overall. It had everything we would need for a long stay and the hosts and staff were very responsive, accomodating and helpful. Internet and amenties were all in good working order.

There seemed to be an issue with the hot water during our two night stay here. The hot water was only coming out as hot brown water. The host was informed but as it seemed that it affected the entire villa, a technician was arranged to come to fix the issue after we left. Unfortunately this meant we were unable to use the hot water and jaccuzzi during our stay. On check-out we also noticed that under the blankets, the bedsheets had some old red stains on them. However, we know that had we noticed them earlier, the staff would have promptly replaced them. There was no room cleaning done during our two nights, three day stay while we were there though. But the staff would take out the garbage bags when I would request them.
