The house look luxurious, but TV, air condition did not work on the day we stayed , the bedroom very large, but use small sized of air condition 9000 btu with a 40-50 m2, location not close to the beach, no swimming pool, the kitchen utensils was not complete, some more, some less. Not recommended for big family and hot weather

I liked the size of the house, but a woman who looks after the property lives next door and she invaded the house on three occasions before our checkout time. One after we arrived she came in and switched the air on off after unlocking the locked door. Then again at 5am where she scared some of my party into leaving and then at 10am when this lady started cleaning the house even though we hadn’t finished with it. She then came into the bedrooms unannounced snooping around and complaining that we had stayed in every room.

Maintence lady lives next door and enters the property during our stay on three occasions. Maintenance lady stole 100baht from my young niece after lying about doing laundry for them to the owner. Maintenance lady treating the house as her own and scaring me when I was asleep naked in my room. Owner was nice enough but it doesn’t make up the experience. The price did not reflex the quality overall. The hot tub is not functioning as the pressure is not strong enough. This was one of the factors that made me book this. Rooms are massive and great but certain additional things broken like Karaoke machine. BBQ area good but cleaning lady basically stopped us from enjoying our breakfast out there because she was cleaning early. Overall the worst villa I have stayed in mostly because of the Maintenance lady and the hot tub being broken.

Big beautiful house, reasonable price 5 mins walk to the beach

Housekeeper cooks in the kitchen at the time we are checking in at 3.20 p.m., the house is full of with her food and it is not pleasant. The house all areas should be ready at 2 pm for guest check in.. The trash bin in a bedroom downstair was not clean. There is no trash bin available in some bed rooms. The house is old and somewhat dirty. You can see mold and dirty spot on kitchen and bathrooms tiles. Finger prints on glass doors, a lot if ants running around. Kitchen is big with decent pots, plates, and utencils However, the frying pans all of 3 are burnt and should be replace immediately. There are so many tools but not a stir fry spatula available what should we use? Other kitchen tools are fine and plenty. There is no shower gel or shampoo in all bathrooms. There are left over soaps from previous guests which should be discarded. It is disgusting to see not mention left for guest to use. Master bed room is big but it is somewhat creepy to see closet with clothing of house owner inside. If you rent the place, personal stuffs should be cleared? Thank you and hope the owner take this comments for consideration taking good care of this loving house.

Location is near the beach, about a 5 minute walk. Very spacious inside and out. Attentive and pleasant maid onsite. Would be super for a large group or big family. We were four and did not even need two of the bedrooms. Value for the money is truly exceptional.

The only thing would have been to actually be right on the beach.
