"arrival was a disaster!!"

Great Place to stay. Safe and quiet area. Nice beach and swimming pool.

Attention, everyone! We encountered a major issue upon arrival!!! Upon reaching the property, we had already paid in full using a credit card. Prior to our arrival, we received an email containing a pin code for a small key locker, leading us to believe all was well. After long trip with 2 young kids we arrived to find out that we have not done our "guest registration" and we cannot access the property. There was noone to talk to in person. We called them directly... They refused to let us in because we have not filled up the online form. Kids are crying, we are super tired and trying to sort out this form. Obviously to do that you have to have a Smart Phone and internet connection. Otherwise it is just impossible. We had to upload a photo of myself / credit card and driver licence ON TWO DIFFERENT PORTALS as only one was not enough and they still refused to give us the pin code for the door. We struggled for over an hour and we were afraid we will need to go home. Apparently they could not get the confirmation that our form is filled up properly and confirmed. We asked them over the phone an honest question: "What should we do now? We cannot access the property, kids are crying everyone is thirsty and hungry, Do we need to go home? The lady over the phone said "this is your choice". Absolutelly shocking! It was a total disaster but on the top of it they charged us additional $11 for some kind of insurance / bond. This cost was never mentioned on booking website. Terrible experience and I would never ever book this place again. We will contact booking help team and we will let them know about this situation.

Nothing really only front door didn’t stay closed . The toaster didn’t work
