A nonrefundable prepayment deposit of 30% of the total reservation within 7 days of booking date is required to secure reservations of 7 days or longer, or for multiple villas. The remaining balance should be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions. Guests staying less than 7 days or booking no more than 1 villa, are required to pay with a credit card at least 2 days prior to arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
