Amazing views, well appointed room, perfect for a few nights.

A little overpriced for the amenities it provides. While it’s appointed like a 5-star hotel, it doesn’t provide the same services as one since it’s a BnB.

Wonderful views from the spacious balcony with comfortable sun loungers. We were looked after exceptionally well by Linzi and her staff.

Location was great.

The property was builded on a very deep slop so it has a lovely sea view but also become a very difficult issue to check in/out. When we arrived we rang the door bell then was let in. There is a outdoor lift from the entrance gate and it goes all the way up to the top floor, then we were met with the house keeper and was given the key of the room. Our room was located on the two floors below from the top floor, so we have to carry our luggages from the top floor and walk down from the outdoor stairs to our room. It was quite a challenging and back breaking and also dangerous task! And the breakfast was very disappointed.

The huge balcony overlooking the ocean is truly something special. The villa is perfectly located in Bantry Bay, close to the promenade, beaches and a vibrant neighborhood with great bars and restaurants, yet the area remains very quiet and feels safe. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

The room description was not entirely accurate. We booked a One-Bedroom Villa described as having a living room, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms, but in reality it had only one bedroom and one bathroom (plus the balcony). It also did not feel like the advertised 80 sqm. Additionally, there is a construction site right next to the villa, which can be quite loud, especially in the mornings. We were fortunate that during our four-night stay, construction took place on only one day. (end of Dec'25)
