Carvoeiro Peaceful Villa with Pool

Safe pool area for children. Beautiful well kept gardens. Air con in house was much needed.

Some areas could have been better used. The terrace had no table or loungers so we only stood up there to enjoy the views.

The location of the house is perfect. Close to restaurants and shops. It is large, with various spaces for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The swimming pool is very good, with umbrella and sun beds

The villa is great, spacious, comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, washing room, so you have everything you may need for a longer stay. The swimming pool with the sunbeds and lot of swimming toys are great, the whole family enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful. Carvoeiro is a nice place, bit busy, but this area is quieter. The center, Algar seco and the boardwalk is very close. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again, thank you!

Unfortunately, as it was mentioned in many other reviews, the mold is a problem in the house. It can be irritating for allergic people. Downstairs it is not so bad, but upstairs the bathroom, the wardrobe and the air-condition requires a deep cleaning. Additional suggestion is to get some outer furnitures for the upper terrace. It is so nice and huge, it is a pity not to use it.

Well situated to restaurants and wonderful pool area!

The garage/parking space is tight if you have a large car however there is parking on the opposite side of the road if required.

Very lovely villa. Spacious and clean. Even better than the pictures. We had a great time and would like to come back.

Only very minor things... The bbq needs replacing/fixing. A cheese grater would've been useful. High chair was quite grubby. Pool net needs replacing but the pool was cleaned by a contractor which was great

The location is great, the pool is large and clean and you can sit comfortably outside on the patio.

The first floor has a serious mold problem. It smells like mold, the roll-up curtains and the bathroom have visible mold spots visible everywhere. Needs some professional treatment.

Beds comfortable, good location

Parking for one car is advertised, this is not correct. You can park a car but then are unable to close the gates leaving the property accessible and leaving the back end of the car encroaching on the pavement. The property wasn’t cleaned on time for arrival leaving us to check in 2 hours late. We had to ask management to come and fix the tiles outside as they were broken and hazardous. Umbrella was broken around the pool on arrival, the material had blown over next door and needed to be repaired. Half the sun beds were damaged and dirty. No shade round the pool. Floors were not cleaned on arrival even after requesting the cleaners attend. Cleaner was booked for the Friday of our stay as our wedding was the Saturday. No one ever showed up. Upstairs terraces never been washed down and are filthy. We have stayed a lot of places in the village and this was definitely not as advertised

I have been travelling to Carvoeiro since 2008. This was the best location, everything on the doorstep. Spotlessly clean with every utensil you could ever need. Pool and surrounds perfect.

The blinds didn't work in all the rooms. There were some loose tiles in the patio/garden area. It would have been nice to have a towel change midweek.
