Couldn’t locate the property, host unhelpful Property down a very very steep slope not noted in their advertisement Major works from 7:15am every day in adjacent property for all our holiday not advised by the property management Wardrobes full of owners toys and clutter Broken blind,dented doors,broken parasol Generally needs a deep clean on fans, inside cupboards, wardrobes,top terrace, shower very slippery needs a non slip mat for safety Had to have the pool man first day to clean pool Contacted the property management who were most unhelpful about all these issues

The location is perfect, the view from vila is amazing and it very close to the beach, shops. Sports ground and kids playground 5 min walk. The house full of amenities, everything you need like at home. We arrived at the midnight, welcome pack for breakfast has been prepared for us.

The communication was selective. Welcome messages were warm, but we had an issue with hot water. It was Easter time, we got not reply for 4 days - it seems that office was closed, therefore no answer. Luckily we found how to turn on water heating ourselves. You have to be aware and to take photos of all the damaged areas in the property when you arrive, as a proof that it is not your fault. On receiving back the deposit, I was told that the property has not received it. It to time to change in emails, finally got the deposit back.

The property was in such a good location, so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. It was lovely having our own balcony and pool area to chill by :)

It’s a beautiful villa, pretty close to the shops bars, etc lovely pool.

The Cleaning wasn’t very good. I was here last year at the same time and it was much Cleaner There was a few broken items ie headboards snapped off and screwed on. Two punch holes in doors up stairs and down. A few light bulbs out.

Maybe could benefit from one double bed rather than singles in both rooms.

Everything! Home from home. Immaculate with loads of thought into decorating and accessories, very modern villa with lots of extras including welcome pack of food in the fridge freezer, there was everything from batteries, drinking straws, all cleaning products,loo rolls, soap powder, information booklets, books, all towels supplied, extra bedding; iron & board; hairdryer; straighteners; curling tong. Pool was fantastic, clean with immaculate gardens back and front. Brilliant washing machine, got all my washing done before going home, the list goes on………

Nothing at all but owners could consider late checkout (obviously at extra cost) as our flight wasn’t until 9pm and had to fill in the day with our luggage in tow, fortunately we had a hire car

We like the actual Villa size and where it was located, 15 minute walk to the strip.

Having workmen come on our first day to do repairs is not ideal, then no water for a full day to a fault from the workmen. Ants in the kitchen constantly on the worktops and floor. A lot of light bulbs were out and were not replaced. Also, the shower was held up with a hair bobble. The shower near the pool was so dirty, and we had to sweep the stairs going down to the pool on the first day due to bird droppings. A few of the paving stones around the pool are lifting with big gaps. The bbq was rusty and dirty, so I didn't use it. This villa is lovely but definitely needs some TLC, then it could be perfect.

The villa was a fantastic spot to stay with great views and a pool area that got sun all day long. There was plenty of space downstairs which was light and airy and had a good kitchen. The hosts kindly supplied some water, eggs and bread and drinks which was a great gesture. It's located a short walk away from the main Coral Bay strip with loads of restaurants to eat at and a short drive away from Coral Bay beach and Corallia beach.

There were only single beds - we did know this in advance and decided to book due to the location and price being right but a double bed in one of the rooms would make it even better. The Aircon was set up on a timer system; downstairs worked fine but in our bedroom it didn't seem to keep the room cool all night long.

Location is good

Could be a beautiful villa but is very tired. Towel rail in the bathroom is not fixed to the wall correctly, air con upstairs is very poor. Bird droppings on the upstairs balcony is really bad also on the windows. Outside rattan furniture is worn out. Needs some attention from the management.
