Villa 44

Tranquil luxury villa retreat perfect for our blended family of 5 from tots to teens 🏝️ We were blown away on arrival by the superb high spec, sparkly clean and maintained luxury villa, we then found it hard to tear ourselves away and explore the wider complex and resort. The complex is peacefully quiet and immaculately maintained. And no part of the villa is overlooked so you often feel mistaken that your in a secluded private location not a complex of villas. Local supermarkets are walking distance and there is a hotel bar and restaurant and small play park. But would definitely recommend hiring a car that can be safely parked in enclosed car port driveway. Check in and out was done with ease with attentive and accommodating staff. We was pleasantly surprised to have a visit mid week by cleaners both inside with fresh linens and outside with a wash down of the court yard balcony and pool and hot tub clean too. This villa was a dream holiday for us all and allowed us enough peace and quiet and space to relax and enjoy as a family and separately. we will definitely be back and have strongly recommended to family and friends

Not a complaint but we hadn’t realised the 2nd n 3rd bedroom where not adjoined /accessible from the main villa and accessed via internal court yard / pool area. But still totally secluded and secure just something to consider if booking as parents of young children too

The private pool and roof terrace

The property was amazing. TV wasn’t working properly the picture was very dark and couldn’t see it most of the time and the sofas were very low and difficult to get up from them

Close to town , nice pool and outside area , nice villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Jacuzzi wasn’t working first day but it was fixed next day , could have done with being cleaned more often towels changed and bed was not changed all week

the area is perfect, the staff are lovely as always and helpful . you have everything you need . was allowed to check in early and depart late for flights

for a superior villa the property is tired and run down . chairs and blinds damaged and broken bedroom door chipped. The upstairs exterior not cleaned at all during stay . pool was dirty on arrival and then had to call maintenance as it had drained itself overnight. The garden next door was not maintained so we were ending up with debris and leaves falling into the pool every day making it full of bugs and scum Bedroom smelt damp on arrival and had not been aired . No toilet roll on arrival after a long overnight journey . we had been upgraded from a standard before arrival to superior for check in reasons however we have stayed in superior here with another host for 300 euros less and it was superior. we paid 1950 euros for a standard with this company , I would of like to of seen the standard villas state of repair.

The property is in a quiet location for a peaceful holiday, yet it is walkable to 2 large supermarkets and local bar/restaurant. There is also an onsite restaurant, on the complex, although we didn't go there so cannot comment on that. Probably about a 30 minute stroll to the main harbour/town area with little cafes/bars scattered along the way. Villa 44 has everything you need to self cater and perfect for swimming/splashing about in the pool & relaxing in the rooftop hot tub. Dario is an excellent host and responded very quickly to any enquiry pre visit & during our stay. Comfortable bed and plenty of space.

No major negatives at all.

Everything about the property was brilliant,the roof terrace was our favourite part of the villa.Every utensil in the kitchen you would need if you wanted to cook.Would definitely recommend
