Wonderful spacious house with beautiful garden.

Ruhige Lage der Villa mit Parkplätzen vorm Haus. Pool vorhanden. Gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Palmen. Weil wir aber überfallen, betäubt und komplett ausgeraubt wurden in dieser Villa wollten wir vor lauter Angst nicht mehr bleiben und die Agentur hat uns sofort mit dem Umzug in ein anderes Appartment geholfen.

Wir wurden am vorletzten Tag um 4 Uhr nachts Opfer eines Raubüberfalls, der Räuber bezwang eine 2 m hohe Außenmauer und drang übers Dach ein. In der gleichen Nacht wurde bei 4 weiteren baugleichen Villen in Nachbarschaft eingebrochen. wir wurden mit Narkosegas betäubt und bis auf den letzten Cent beraubt inkl. aller Dokumente, Personalausweise, Handy, EC/Kreditkarten, Kameras etc. Es gab leider auf 190 qm Wohnfläche keinen Safe! Leider suggeriert der Vermieter Fuerteleon auch eine 24 h Polizeiüberwachung und Innen-/Außenkameraüberwachung durch große Schilder am Außengebäude und Außenwand - diese war jedoch inaktiv und ein "fake", es gab sie nicht. Die elektrische Infrastruktur/Verkabelung der Villa war auch während unseres Aufenthalts inkl. Kurzschlüssen ein Problem so dass wir mehrstündigen Aufenthalt von Handwerkern dort hatten.

The house was really nice and convenient with 3 separate bedrooms and a nice dining are and a lovely outdoor area. It corresponded very well to the pictures and the information available. Additional beds were available, pool was also corresponding to the information and pictures. Fairly easy to get a parking sport close to the house as well.

A bit hard to navigate to the house the first time, the address on google maps is not showing the correct house. But this is only a challange the first time, then you will find your way.

The area

On arrival no electricity downstairs, tried to contact the manager, no response, booking. Com got hold of her sent a man out who said could not fix until Monday as it was sunday said ok. Came next day and took him 10 mins to fix. They put the fridge freezer in the bathroom on Sunday as there was one socket working in there, very unsafe but they thought this was fine. On Friday morning the villa had an electrical fire, woke up to thick black smoke everywhere, obviously no smoke alarms in the villa, so good job we woke up or could have Been a different story. The manager yet again was un contactable until 9 am so we had to sit in the garden from 7 am. We have had to fight hard to receive a refund for the property as we still had 7 days of our holiday left and had to find alternative property. The managers of this villa did not seem interested at all. We will never use this property again and woukd not recommend anyone who values there life and holiday nor too either, an absolute discount

Fue todo super bien, cualquier duda estaban atentos al teléfono para resolverla, muy tranquila la zona , desconexión total y cerca de Corralejo zona tiendas (5 min)

Spacious with nice pool area. Location had supermarket bars and cafes close by but a taxi was required to get the the main shopping area marina restaurants and bars. Taxi 6 euro

Property had a lot of small steps to navigate also pool steps not very stable

Furniture was tired, cheap and old Not enough seats or kitchen supplies to support a villa of this size The internet is terrible The bathrooms are super basics The chairs outside are so old and cheap they have changed colour The sofa is tiny and uncomfortable The TV is 10+ years old and tiny The beds are incredibly cheap
