Marvida Villa

Peaceful and private with great space and very homely. Great facilities at Marvida. Love the pool area. Amenities close by to include taxi rank to take you to the centre. Campanario 10 minutes walk. Highly recommend Marvida

I loved everything

We liked the villa's location, close to supermarkets and tourist centers in the north of the island. The terrace is well exposed, the villa is well equipped and parking is very easy in front of the villa. Ideal for a group of friends or a family.

I think that the filtration system of the pool needs to be revised.

Excellent villa with great amenities. Bedrooms are spacious, one with ensuite. Great outside space, including a roof terrace and barbecue facilities. Only 2 minutes walk from numerous local restaurants, Nico's Belgian bar, and a Hiperdino Express shop for all your essentials. A large Superdino and Mercadona are a 15 minute walk away for larger shopping. Our host, Pino, was extremely helpful, and communication was great and speedy whenever we required anything. The only recommendation would be a cover for the pool to keep the heat in overnight and keep it cleaner when windy. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely come back again.

What can we say? Two weeks of paradise. Me & my wife are both closer to 60 than 50 & for us a villa with its own private pool is spoiling ourselves a bit :) It really was worth every penny. We were met at the Villa by Ms Pino & she was lovely & very helpful, showing us everything we needed to know & giving us the keys. The Villa is beautiful with everything we needed & more for our two weeks, & spotlessly clean. The pool is a lovely size and is well cleaned twice a week. Turn left outside the Villa, and there is a nice selection of bars, restaurants & a Dino supermarket, 10 minutes further you are at the start of the main shopping area with an abundance of shops & restaurants. Turn right outside the Villa and you are a fifteen minute walk from two big supermarkets, one being a Lidl which were great for everything we needed. I rented a good but cheap bike from "Monkey Rent a Bike" (2 minutes walk from the Villa) to make trips to & from the supermarkets quicker & for a bit of exercise each morning, the guy in there was very friendly & helpful. On the morning we had to leave, Ms Pino met us at 11am & kindly let us leave our bags there till 2pm as we had a later flight.
