Peaceful Dream Villa near Split with heated pool

Great complex consisting of multiple buildings, very private and remote so no chance of annoying any neighbours, everything you could need and more in terms of kitchen and cooking.

Some minor gripes such as a broken shower door, but really only cosmetic complaints that are easily ignored.

This is really a amazing place to stay! We stay for 4 days with 5 adults and 2 childeren and we are sad that we have to leave. Everything is so clean, everything you need is in this villa. Every room a television, aircondioning and even shampoo/douchegel and a wasmachine The swimming pool is amazing, with also bubbles, 7 sundbeds with towels and parasols. We loved every minute of our stay and we will come back for 100% Oh and de owners are soooo friendly, they give you the best service! A lunch was waiting for us when we checked in!! :-)

Abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda e di completo relax! La casa si trova in una posizione dove godi di assoluto relax e tranquillità, pur rimanendo in un punto strategico per raggiungere in 25/30 minuti un sacco di luoghi di interesse (Split, la fortezza di Kliss, molte spiagge vicine, ecc…). La casa è attrezzata con tutto quello che potrebbe servire (padelle, olio, aceto, sale, the, caffè, asciugamani, saponi, pods per la lavastoviglie, detersivi per la lavatrice e persino gli shampoo e bagnoschiuma in ogni bagno… potreste portarvi solamente i vestiti e non avreste bisogno di altro). All’arrivo l’host ci ha fatto trovare anche del cibo sul tavolo apparecchiato e delle bibite in frigo. Inoltre, la mattina che è venuta a pulire la piscina ci ha anche portato dei croissant per colazione ed è stata una sorpresa bellissima appena ci siamo svegliati. Non ho mai conosciuto un host che mettesse così tanta gentilezza e cura nel fornire un’esperienza così bella ai propri ospiti. Ci tornerei anche domani!!

We were two families with three kids and a dog who had a lovely time in Ercegovci. The property is fully equipped with everything needed, the place is very large and clean. Complete privacy and feeling of seclusion while being minutes away from malls and highway. Clean and warm pool, plenty of wood for the barbecue and jumping on the trampoline are some of the highlights of our stay, but Nensi's hospitality, welcome food and drinks and extending our stay well past the check-out hours will be remembered forever.

The hosts were incredible. The pantry is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and a delicious spread of meat bread and cheese on arrival. Two kitchens, the main one in the house and another near the pool, both fully stocked with crockery, glass wear and cooking equipment. The house is spacious with great air conditioning in all rooms. Beds are comfy and you have complete privacy, blocked from the road and no neighbours. There is heaps of shade if you need it but the pool is in the sunshine almost all day which is great. Pool is a good size and very clean. A great place to relax.

The location is very private but also very isolated. A car is essential. There is nothing within walking distance. a There are some large supermarkets and cafe's about 10 minute drive, but for decent restaurants you really need to head down towards Split. We ate in quite a lot and with the great kitchen this was easy. Would have been nice to have a gas grill BBQ rather than just the wood fired pizza oven.

Very well equipped apartman, ideal for families. All seems to be pretty new and clean. Great pool and terrace. Landlord is very caring an helps you in everything.

Some shading for the car park would be nice. Also, the apartment is very close to a road, which is not too busy but you can still hear some traffic noise.

Very friendly hosts, very Nice house with garden and swimming pool. We had a very Nice time. On arrival the hosts surprised us with Lots of food and drinks.
