Very large and spacious

it was not like the photos. It was run down in some areas and needed a lot of work and attention. The garden was overgrown and the ground floor looked completely abandoned outside. it needed a good clean inside and outside and we found a dead rat next to the pool. there was also a very bad smell in the basement which went right through the house. I reported on first day but no one got back to me. A car is definitely needed as it is in an isolated area. However , the hotel staff who checked us in were here excellent. It is a shame because with a little attention and money spent on it, it could be fantastic.
