The villa is well decorated and the garden is beautiful. The facility is clean.

I did not expect to share bath room and toilet with others. I also did not expect that the two rooms are in basement floor (with window).

Noisy room & shared bathroom! Standard villa is no villa but a room in the basement without windows and with a shared bathroom. It just feels like false advertising, since you have to read very carefully to notice these important details. Usually on Booking this stuff is mentioned already in the title/caption of the room. Also, we heard everything in our room - people walking on the hallway, sneezing in their rooms, super loud door locks, etc. It's hard to fall asleep in such room. I won't be coming back.

despite being confirmed by booking.com with email, the host intially denied the availability of the room, blaming booking.com having made an error. After some discussions and arrangements (moving another guest), the room was finally made available.

Lovely host, everything brand new, quite neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again if we are around.

Fantastic place. Speak amazing English and so friendly and easy to deal with. Husband was very impressed, we will stay again on our next trip!
