You get what you pay for, everything works well.

The owner quotes a very different price then booking.com so I told him I was only gonna pay that, to which he agreed. You have to ask for all sorts of amenities such as toilet paper. It’s a 15 min walk from the city center.

A wonderful private place, clean with a kitchen, fridge, private bathroom and a comfy bed. All in working order. Also the location is great, just a 5 min walk out of the center, nice sounds of nature with lots of trees around. Finally the owner is super friendly and relaxed. He also rents a scooter/car of you need.

They must do more to improve the ant problem in rooms .. There were too many.. Hard when they get into your bed also. Not a deluxe villa as advertised

I do not understand why sometimes the host provides just one towel for two persons. In our room the ceiling fan had just two speeds. Either 5 or 100%, so sleeping very problematic. Neither 5nor 100% worked for me. I did sweat all night, actually slept max. 2-3hours. In other room the fan was very loud, relently squeaking. So the other room was not possible to use, so we slept in the same use with non working fan. The problem with fan is the mayor reaso of lower rate. Sometimes the host forget things which cost almost nothing, but the guest would appreciate it- like some rope and clothe pegs, so that you can dry your cloth after swimming. If you want to use kettle, you must disconnect fridge. If someone forgets to reconnect it, then the whole fridge has bad smell. This is not ment to harm you, but provide a feedback, so that you can improve.

It was cosy and locates in a central place.
