The property is very clean, looks like in the photos, close to the beach, supermarket and restaurant. Stefanos was fast responsive and very helpful with all questions.

Amazing villas! Great location to explore the Kavala area (car needed). The villa (S3) was beautiful and spotlessly clean, had 5 en-suite rooms (two of which are in a basement, with windows) a fully accessorized kitchen connected to a dining and seating area, opening to a large outdoor garden with outdoor seating a barbecue and a pool (unheated). Easy communication with host. A beautiful beach, many restaurants and a huge Masoutis supermarket all within walking distance.

Weak wifi signal in basement.

Es war alles top, das Haus ist neu, alles sehr hochwertig und modern. Es wurde an vieles gedacht, als man gebaut und eingerichtet hat. Wir waren von vielen Details positiv überrascht. Das Komfort war echt unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

"Schönes sauberes Haus"

Schönes sauberes Haus, Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Haus war in 2. Reihe, somit kaum Sonne, da ringsherum Häuser sind. War bei Buchung nicht ganz ersichtlich. Aktuell viele Baustellen, somit wird man morgens von Baulärm geweckt, dieser ist dann bis nachmittags zu hören. Hätte man bei der Buchung kommunizieren können.
