Petritis Villas

The house is in a good location. All kinds of amenities are available in the house (nespresso machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and others). It is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The open areas of the house are quite large. The pool is enough to cool off and this is enough for the house. Outside, there is a dining table for 6 people, a small and a large coffee table. We stayed in house number one. The front of the villa is open and the view is beautiful. Other houses are behind this house and have no view. At the entrance of the house there is a kitchen, a 3-person sofa (which turns into a bed for 2 people), a coffee table and a table for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and a WC on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a room with 3 single beds and no windows. Since there are all kinds of items you may need in the house, you can easily stay as two families. You can choose this place by considering the room downstairs.

There is a lot of noise coming from the construction next door. Since the doors and the walls in the house were thin, conversations could be heard through all cards. Since it is close to the houses on the side and in the back, there is a lot of noise. Other than that, there are no problems with accommodation.

It is very close to the center and to the supermarket, the heating is very good and inside was comfortable for the beginning of March

It was a little bit noisy from the heating system on the underground room, but it is Ok on all other rooms

Stefan was very friendly. The house is bigger than expected and very clean. We loved everything!

Outdoor area was good - we had a small pool with magnificent night lights, green grass, lots of chairs and tables. Rooms were clean. The host welcomed us warmly. Location was perfect - five minutes to beach and taverns, five minutes to the largest convenience store ever. Large parking room available.

Air conditioning on top floor is not very good in the hottest days - we had to keep both top bedrooms door open during the night to receive cold air from the corridor. There is a big construction site right next to the garden and we had a lot of noise and dust getting in from there. Sliding door mechanisms are a bit weird and we had some troubles closing them.

We enjoy the accommodations, breeze beach bar was our favorite. We hope to come back.
