Villa Sol Paraiso

Our stay at Villa Sol Paraiso was nothing short of wonderful. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa was well-maintained and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Colin, the host, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order. He was always available and never hesitated to assist with any requests. His kindness and attentiveness truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great location, quiet residential neighbourhood, private parking, walking distance to Jan Thiel Bay and Caracasbaai; spacious, modern and well-equipped - very good value for money!

No screens - which is a problem as mosquitos are always an issue, just one screen at the kitchen window would help a lot, another in the bedroom would make it perfect. The open floor plan is nice, a sliding door between the bedroom/walk-in-closet and the restroom would create additional privacy.

Great apartment, it has everything you need. Everything is very clean and kept clean every few days. Spacious bathroom and shower. Airconditioning is available in the bedrooms. Shared pool with sun beds and towels are provided. Supermarket and the beach are only a 10 minute walk away. Car can be safely parked within gated area.

There is no air conditioning in the living room / kitchen so it can become quite hot inside. The bedrooms windows have gaps that allow mosquitoes to get in, bring or buy mosquito spray.

The nice way we were attended by Remco, and the quite place to relax. The room was nice and clean. Places to move from where the place is , is very close and we had no problem moving from the place to by groceries and other things we had need of. The swimming pool is spacious, and my grand children's were fascinated with the place, when they came.

I miss a tv in the room. there was one in the living room, but we like having to watch tv from our room before we go to sleep. But all in all we love it and slept good with out the TV

The house is marvelous, beautiful, clean, clear, with delicious taste. The hostages are very kind and empathic. You feel very comfortable, and you feel well cared for. They make you feel at home. All the details are thought. It is a place to visit again. E

The logistics of picking up the keys for the entrance needed to be more apparent. The telephone given was of one person who was at the moment out of Curacao. The place would be even superb if the host considered air conditioning within the kitchen and the family room. It is too hot, and the fans need to be more sufficient. This would make a big difference.

The location was excellent, if you are familiar with Curacao and the Jan Thiel area you would love it. The host was very accommodating when it came to payment. We got US dollars out of the ATM but had to do it over a three day span, so she was patient with us. The apartment was very nice, and clean. The pool was great!

It was so hot inside the apartment. I understand utilities are expensive in curacao but it was so inside. There was only AC in the bedrooms. So the time we spent in the living room area we had the fan blasting but it was still very hot inside. I also noticed someone was coming inside the place when we were not there. It felt like they were watching us because it was twice when we noticed they came in while we were out ands about and cut off the ac in the room. That was creepy and kind of an invasion of privacy, because we don’t really know what else they did. We know they came in because the AC remote would be on the bed and that’s not where we kept it. We really liked the place but don’t think we would stay there again.
