Villa Alexandra Seminyak By Island Escape

Beautiful property, very aesthetic and comfortable. Wayan the gentleman that lives next door and works for the Villa was absolutely outstanding, very quick to respond to any requests and concerns we had. He assisted in many ways and is an asset to Villa Alexandra. we had a few minor issues that he handled as quickly as possible, and was extremely polite in doing so. At the time of our stay, a block of Villas caught fire in Seminyak where our friends were staying, they were able to come and stay with us in one of the bedrooms we had spare, and were comfortable and welcomed- they also commented how beautiful the property is and how comfortable they were for the night. You will frequently see squirrels in the morning running across the power-line to the villa and jumping from tree to tree, which was a very lovely experience for us having never seen those little critters before! Overall we loved Villa Alexandra and will definitely return in the future, and recommend to friends and family!

We had a couple of minor issues, the internet went down for the last few days of our stay, unfortunately the wifi booster that serviced most of the apartment stopped working- however this was fixed the day before we left and Wayan tried his absolute hardest to have it fixed sooner. The toilet downstairs in the living room leaks and has a fowl odour almost constantly, when it was brought up they did place an air freshener in there, however we just left the door closed and did not use that toilet which reduced the smell quite a lot, it was rather off putting as it is right next to the kitchen. The pool was unusable for 2-3 days as there was far too much chemical put in, and it became very murky/green. Aside from these very minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to Villa Alexandra.

Everything was superb, wish we'd stayed here longer.

The villa is spacious , clean, and the pool is big. The design is also modern. Everything is wonderful and nothing to be complained. My families are happy to stay in this villa. Really recommended and definitely a recommended villa to book

So... in general - all's good, but there is one issue with neighbor from next Villa. He is a local old man and I believe he has some conflict with owner of Villa Alexandra. We are 2 families with 5 kids in total. Most of the time we spent in Parks, on the beaches and in Waterbom Park - come back at evening time and kids go to bed. Adults tried to spend couple hours outside near the pool. And we did it maximum till 10 pm - nothing noisy, no parties at all. But the neighbor complained from the 1st day, that we are noisy and he can't sleep (1st time he came around 8 pm). He just screamed and told us to go back to our country. He involved security guy in this process (maybe paid him, maybe not), but this fella stayed in front and ring the bell or whistle or know our door, when hear anything from our villa. And he did it every night, even when was rain. As I said - I think, there is a conflict between owner and this old man. Maybe in a past there were some noisy parties - don't know, but for us - it was really disgusting thing. So, just be ready for this situation. Everything else - was great.
