There was ant in the room also water was everywhere smells

The villas are absolutely amazing 😍 The room, the view to the pool, is perfect! Amazing breakfast also

The whole place was great the staff were so nice and breakfast delivered to your room was great

Nothing except the weather it rained the whole time but that was not there fault

The reception and room service staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. And let us have a late checkout for no extra charge, which was very much appreciated .

We received a ph call at 10.50pm one night to ask if we wanted breakfast the next morning, This was very annoying as it woke us up as we had to be up at 5am the next morning for a tour. Also we had dinner one night in the restaurant, we were the only two people in there, and we had to find them first to be seated and get menus etc and then again we had to find them to take our order, no water was offered and the meals took a long time to arrive, 2hrs all up for dinner service, however room service was much quicker so we just stuck with that.

It sounds like your first trip after your wedding was quite a frustrating experience. Having issues with the air conditioning, hot water, cleanliness, and the lack of a 24-hour reception service can really put a damper on the excitement of your trip, especially after a long journey. It must have been disappointing to arrive late at night and find limited support available, like just a security guard at the lobby.

We stayed here to kick off our trip around Bali and used it as our base for Workation. We felt absolutely at home there and really taken excellent care of, everyone working there was taking their work as a mission of making people feel at home away from home. Breakfast was awesome with a great variety to choose from - omelette was superb and pancakes worth every calorie. Insider tip: in the end of the street there is an amazing gelateria. I don’t often write reviews but this time I felt compelled to do so as I saw a good deal of unjust critique, especially about the items beyond the control of the property. The place is awesome and I would definitely stay there again should I decide to be back in the are.

The staff were extremely helpful and room service was great and breakfast was good although the staff were confused with our order having it in the restaurant rather than in our villa and the breakfast served got cold on the last day of our stay.

The water pressure in the shower was really low almost dripping from the shower head and it took us longer than usual to have a good shower with a hair wash and scrub after getting out of the pool. We had to report the matter to reception twice and on both the occasions it was remedied for a short period and would repeat on the next day, that was quite annoying that it took us time to get ready for our daily trip out and about in Bali.
