Villa Danu Kintamani

Yudi was amazing n helped as much as he could. The stairs to the villa were steep. There was no fridge at all to keep my medication, beer n drinks. We stocked up on groceries cos the nearest outlet was 1.5 hrs away. The bathroom stunk of sewage. Very disappointed. Have to order breakfast via what's app. Nothing like the beautiful photos on their website, very deceiving to say the least. Checked out after 5mins on being on the property. Very again

The Stuff was so friendly, helpful and honest. I felt very appreciated like a human and not only as a paying guest.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the food was delicious. It was a very peaceful location with the most amazing view of Mt Abang. The villas are beautiful traditional Balinese style and the dining room and pool have the same amazing view. Kintamani is a lovely area away from too many busy tourists and the weather is much cooler than the rest of Bali.

It would be nice if there was filtered water available to not use water bottles.

We had a car so it was easy to get around. Be mindful there isn’t a lot around walking distance

Staff were friendly Close to the lake. Had a TV They brought us fans when we asked to help blow away the flies Bed was comfortable - although the blankets smelled damp

When we checked in the bathroom was completely wet, including the toilet roll being soaked. TV was old Room and bedding smelled mouldy. Mould on wall. Not hot water for first night. Bathroom sink didnt appear to have been cleaned. Shower didnt drain properly The ceiling was full of spiders Mllions of flies Outside - turns out its a feature of the area although it wasn't mentioned. The pool didn't look clean and usable

We had a great stay at Villa Danur. The place was very nice and quiet, with a beautiful view and a lovely pool. Special thanks to Juri for his kindness and honesty. I accidentally left my wallet in the room after check-out, and he was extremely helpful and made sure it was returned to me. I’m very grateful that he found it and took the time to help. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff were as accommodating as they could be. Very friendly and helpful.

Location was poor. The staff were trying as best they could but clearly did not have the resources the needed, so service was very slow.
