Die Lage am Berg mit dem schönen Ausblick ans Meer. Es gab sogar eine hauskatze, die ihre Babys bei uns bekam, was ein großer Plus Punkt war Also bitte achtet gut auf die kleinen Babys

Viele beschweren sich über den steilen Weg bis zu den villas. Ich persönlich fand es nicht schlimm, aber wahrscheinlich weil ich vom Land komme und sowas gewohnt bin. Das einzige was ich sehr empfehlen würde, die Unlust beim Auto einzuschalten, da am Weg eine, ich vermute kleine Kläranlage befindet und diese sehr penetrant vom Geruch ist

We stayed in Vista Splendida, which as you'd expect had fantastic views up the coast and sunsets to die for. The property isn't huge, however that really doesn't matter. We spent the vast majority of time outside, enjoying the pool, loungers and outside eating area. It should be noted that we were a group of 6 adults. The property was cleaned regularly, with clean linen and towels supplied a couple of times. We loved being slightly away from the village, simply because it was quieter and ever so slightly cooler, with a welcome gentle breeze. Agios Nikitas has plenty of restaurants to chose from and a good hub to venture around the island.

In the heat of the day, the walk up the track/hill is rather taxing. Cured easily though by jumping in the pool once back, followed by a cool drink whilst looking at the view. The first time you drive up the track was a little challenging, although as a tip, we found that the best way is to keep moving reasonably slowly in a low gear. There were wasps and mosquitos in the evening, however we learnt to ignore the wasps and use Deet when the sun began to drop.

Such a beautiful location with a terrass and pool overlooking the sea and sunsets. Very good value for money! The host was super accommodating and friendly, helping us with any questions that arose.

The road to the property was very steep and a bit scary to drive up to at first when we arrived at dark. However, we managed and learned to manouver it and the view from the property was worth the clime!

The interior is functional and could use an updating. The road to the house needs some attention.

The whole stay was great. Communication was briliant and the house was awsome. We didn't miss anything, it was a perfect holiday. Thank you!

Amazing sea view (with the sunset every evening) Separate bathroom for each bedroom, Pool towels, Modern kitchen.
