La Maison Bleue, luxury self-catering villa.

La Maison Bleu is located on the edge of nature overlooking the Langebaan lagoon. The peace and quiet and view are breathtaking. The house feels like home. Lovingly and thoughtfully decorated and stocked with beautiful crockery. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Pillows were not great. I was sorry I didnt bring my own from home.

The house is really lovely. The host was warm and welcoming as were the housekeepers, who were really helpful. I would love to go back to La Maison Bleue. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

It was everything we hoped it would be. A very comfortable spoil, right on the reserve, with views all the way to the lagoon. Just from the lounge window we saw porcupine, mongoose, guinea fowl, yellow bill kites, tortoise and a wide variety of birds. A slice of heaven with very competent, unobtrusive service. Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone.

Everything was good .

Amazing unhindered panoramic view of the reserve and lagoon. Bird and animal life just outside the large windows. Spacious and well laid out.

Better ventilation in toilets required. Suggest: put (opening) window next to hair drying table in main bedroom. Pool not heated. Inverter needs upgrading. Power trips when too many stove plates on. No clearly visible street number, making it difficult to find after long journey. Suggest: put street number (in large) on white doors next to garage.
