Spacious 5BR Leicester Home Sleeps 10 Parking!

The property was spacious and accommodated the number of people required, it was a good location and easy to get to. Plenty of parking.

The bathrooms didn’t have adequate locks, there was one toilet roll in 5 bathroom. Garden was not usable as the grass had not been cut, the water finished very quickly resulting in cold showers. The service from the management was very poor.

The house was not cleaned upon arrival, the fridge was very dirty, we had to hoover the floors ourselves, we were meant to check in at 15.00 and it was not ready. The whole place needed to be cleaned, a cleaner finally showed up at 19.30 whilst we were in the middle of our meal to clean. The curtains in the lounge did not open properly so was difficult to keep an eye on the children whilst playing in the garden. We found a smoking vape with liquid in the toy box that was provided. On the Saturday morning whilst ironing the fuse blew and we were without electricity for over half an hour. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it needs an update, the pictures are old as there is a lot of wear and tear since. There were water damage marks on the lounge ceiling. Lots of cobwebs around the house. It had not been cleaned properly in a long time

Location was great with city close by and a wonderful park less than 5 minutes walk away, so everyone had something to do. There was plenty of comfortable seating for all seven adults and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Thought on-street parking might be a problem, but in fact was fine. Cleaning in the en suite bathroom could have been better, but that's probably just me being picky.
