Die Auswahl an Spielgeräten für alle Alter war sehr groß. Sehr ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. An den Lavendelsträucher am Pool konnte mal wundervolle Schmetterlinge beobachten. 3 große Kühlschränke waren ideal um immer gekühlte Getränke im Haus zu haben. Ein Kaffeeautomat für frischen Kaffee. Man durfte das Nachbargrundstück mit Basketballfeld, Fußballfeld und Bocciafeld mit nutzen. Bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet.

Die Ausstattung war zum Teil sehr verbraucht oder auch defekt. Es gab reichlich Spinnweben und die Küchenschränke waren zum Teil dreckig. Im gesamten wirkte alles etwas chaotisch sortiert egal ob in den Schränken oder im Grundstück. Da lagen alte Fahrräder oder Liegen in den Ecken. Das war bisschen schade. Was man bedenken sollte, ich aber nicht in die Bewertung mit einfließen lasse ist die Tatsache das die Wege ca. 30 min zu Supermärkten oder Tankstellen sehr weit und mit vielen Serpentinen verbunden ist. Das ist natürlich der Angelegenheit geschuldet war wir wiederum mochten.
