Maison indépendante très agréable et tranquille à proximité du jardin très bien entretenu.

Everything was perfect, the place, the garden, we spent relaxing time here, we kindly recomand the whole place! Near to the beach, we used the car to go to the sea. (Le moon beach, mylos beach).

For our family this was excellent holiday-Olymp is very close and we do hiking to the Red rock waterfall and other places; The beach was open without any charges, not overcrowded at all and in the house we fill like in a village- perfect yard, barbecue and enough space. We liked also the village taverna

Totul a fost perfect

The place is amazing, like a paradise in an isolated place. We visited the villa in September and it was extremely calm. We were alone in the whole place and there were also not many people in the neighboring camping, so we felt like being on the island of calm. The beach which is also very close was almost empty, so it was really just nature and calm. The villa was very comfortable, clean and had all we needed. These are three houses with a huge garden and everything is beautifully decorated. Vasilis was a great host. He welcomed us, provided us with useful information for the places around, he was checking whether all goes well. Communication went perfectly smooth with him since the booking till the end of the stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend the villa to everyone going in this part of Greece.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Lavarik 3 with my family. The villa was impeccably clean, with beautiful decor and an interior that truly felt like a gem, showing incredible attention to detail. The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet and tranquil, offering a perfect chance to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent, making the experience even smoother. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and having a store next door for basic needs was incredibly convenient. Be ready to explore the surrounding area by car—discover other beautiful beaches and enjoy the great tavernas in Plaka and Katerini. Highly recommended!

Vasilis is an exceptional host, very helpful, polite, professional, and kind person. His family and him made us feel like at home. The room was professionally designed and clean, with all the needed stuff for a pleasant holiday. The location of the house is literally 5 min walk from a wide sandy beach with a beach bar from one side, if you prefer to go there. The garden of the property was huge, at around 4000 sq.m., where my young daughter enjoyed running and playing.The barbecue area was well designed and equipped A short run away with a car we found some nice tavernas and a cosy fish restaurant with excellent food. Katerini and Litochoro are 10 km away. Overall, the place is great, if you like quality of service, family privacy and quiet and relaxing holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa la Varik. The big garden is a green oasis of peace and tranquility - perfect for relaxing and recharging the batteries and very nice for smaller children as well. And all this within only 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Perfect. The accommodation is new, very nicely decorated and has all the kitchen amenities needed for a holiday stay. And most importantly: the owners are lovely. The family is putting a lot of love and dedication into making this a fantastic place to stay and making the guests feel welcome. And important for us that the accommodation was wheelchair accessible (except for the bathroom, which isn't) and also the garden and way to the beach were easy to handle with a wheelchair. The camping next door has a mini-market for the daily grocery shopping, as well as a coffee bar and small restaurant. And we can certainly also recommend the fish tavern Ellinikon that is within 5 minutes walking distance.

I can't really think of anything that we didn't like.
