Location excellent, central for Llandudno but in a quiet location. Very well equipped house, recently refurbished to a high standard, with excellent kitchen/dining room and spacious, comfy bedrooms. Plenty of room for our large family booking with good flexibility to add more names to our booking. Very good kitchen facilities as we prepared and ate many meals at the accommodation rather than at restaurants.

An electric shaver socket in the bathroom or near a mirror would have been appreciated. Parking on Chapel Street was difficult at all times but we found free and paid parking nearby. Contact with the accommodation was difficult when we were in Llandudno (but not before our visit), we understand because of poor network phone and wifi coverage.

Very clean and modern property. The house is perfect for large groups. Enough beds for around 15 /17 people to sleep comfortably. Sofa beds with extra bedding available if more people in group. Large kitchen for family/ friends to eat together. Excellent location with easy access to Beach, Pier, shops and train to Great Orme. All within walking distance.

Onstreet parking only. Not easy to find closeby so made it very difficult for off loading/ loading.

The location was perfect, only 2 streets away from the pier, so perfect for the children who loved the pier. The house was very big and ideal for a large family with comfortable beds. The outside garden area was lovely to have, especially in the nice weather.

This house came up on Booking.com showing 'Available Parking' but there was no parking available unless you managed to park on the street outside which was full all weekend, so we had to pay over £50 for parking at the nearby car park. The house also advertised a sauna but we were later told that we had to pay extra to use the sauna. These are things it would be ideal to know in advance. Also, the sofas in the front rooms were quite hard and uncomfortable.

This was amazing Everything you needed was available Fabulous spot for town and promenade so clean and comfortable everyone who stayed with me said the same

Not enough bin space and there was a bin left out the back that the sea gulls got to but we called up and a lovely lad came and cleaned it all up x Think property needs more wheelie bins
