Palais Souad

We had an amazing stay with a large group of friends. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, incredibly well maintained, and perfectly organized, making our stay completely stress-free. What really made the difference was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Très belle expérience pour l’organisation de mes 40 ans au sein du Palais Souad. Le lieu est sublime, doté de 10 magnifiques chambres, toutes très bien équipées. Nous étions 18 et chaque convive disposait de son propre espace avec salle de bain, ce qui est parfait pour un long week-end. Un grand merci à Wafa et Amine, qui veillent à ce que tout soit parfait pour notre confort : transferts, gestion des bagages, organisation d’excursions, et réponse à tous vos besoins sur place. Ils sauront toujours trouver une solution à chaque demande. La sortie dans le désert pour un dîner-spectacle est de très grande qualité, tout comme le service de massage. Mention spéciale à la nourriture proposée par la villa : un 10/10, aussi bien en qualité qu’en quantité.

Quelques éléments de mobilier extérieur commencent à être fatigués et pourraient être remplacés afin d’apporter encore plus de cachet au lieu (transats, coussins). La proximité avec la route peut entraîner quelques nuisances sonores dans certaines chambres.

On ne manque de rien. Le personnel est très gentils et les chambres super confortables La piscine et l’espace repas sont très agréables

Le ménage n'est pas réalisé quotidiennement, les serviettes ne sont pas changées quotidiennement Le repas proposé au riad pour 25euros est relativement cher par rapport au contenu (tajine et orange) Pas de petit déjeuner avant 9h - compliqué lorsque nous avons des excursions le matin. Les installations de salle de bain sont vétustes Nous n'avions plus de bouteille d'eau à disposition le dernier jour

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday at this villa and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is even more stunning in person than in pictures, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the moment we arrived, the house manager Amine was there to assist us at every step. He arranged our transfers, booked tours, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The breakfast was spectacular, and we also enjoyed delicious lunches and dinners prepared by the villa's team, which we happily paid for. The staff even decorated the villa to welcome us for my birthday, adding a personal touch that made the celebration even more special. Another standout staff member, Wafa, was incredibly kind and attentive, along with the rest of the domestic staff who were all exceptional. We had an absolute blast at this villa and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Marrakech. It truly is the best place to stay!

Spacious, well kept, clean. The entire staff from start to finish was amazing - they went above and beyond to accommodate our large group (16 people!) and coordinated a lot of transportation and transfers for us with ease. We really enjoyed the meals prepared - the breakfast was amazing! - and always having everything we needed. Without a doubt, this was the best place we could’ve stayed in Marrakech and we highly recommend this villa to anyone considering it.

We stayed at Palais Souad for 5 nights and were 12-14 people. Everyone was able to have their own room, or double room and attached bathroom. The sleeping options are amazing and comfortable. The grounds are just beautiful, even lovelier than on the picture. Flowers are blooming everywhere, the pool and terrace are very clean, the decoration is well thought through. But the best thing is really the staff: Everyone is very kind, discrete and trying to make your stay special. Big thank you to Lalla Wafa and Sidi Amine and the 8 additional people from the staff, who organized everything for us and made it seem so easy. Transfers to the city, drug store etc., massages, decorating for special occasion, everything is possible and can be arranged easily (at least this is what you feel as a guest). The food cooked by the chef is so good and authentic, allergies and intolerances can be accommodated easily. For us it was a very peaceful stay, where everyone was able to let go of their busy schedules and relax at the pool. Marrakech Medina is approximately 30 minutes away and accessible with the transfer, which was a good distance. I do recommend this place very much!

THE BEST PART OF THE VILLA WAS THE HELPFULNESS AND FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF. THE POOL WAS A VERY GOOD SIZE.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT THERE COULD BE MORE VARIETY. IT WAS NOT REALLY A PROBLEM FOR US - BUT THE VILLA IS ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF MARRAKECH, IT TAKES 20 MINS BY TAXI TO GET INTO THE MAIN SQUARE.
