"Swimming pool plus chimney make for a great combination in Marrakech's winter!"

Great villa with swimming pool in a quiet neighborhood. We were there in winter and using the chimney every evening was a great experience!

Not a surprise and probably factored into the price, but the place is quite far away from Marrakech.

"Awful service from booking.com, scammers."

It was clean and very spacious

No water pressure, out of the 3 bathrooms only 1 was usable. The location of the property is really far out from city centre. The heating in one of the rooms was non-functional. The security of the premises harassed us every time we left and entered accommodation. We made the mistake of booking the property via booking.com, they were no help even though we had video and message evidence to show what has happened. We paid the premium prices but received below poor service. I do not recommend this accommodation nor using booking.com as a platform to book a holiday home.
