Poorly maintained very foul smelled beddings and bathrooms without hot water, teasers available but dummy not to heat water just show off, which thing broken it’s broken for ever never tried to mend it

I made a booking for 3 nights and I had to leave the property on after 1 night only. The location is very unfriendly. You have to be dependent on the host for pick and drop. The host can even ditch you sometimes if he is not in the mood. Old construction, no modern amenities available. Doors make noise while opening and closing like a haunted house. Foul smell from bathrooms. Unhygienic feeling. When I raised the issues to the host, instead of looking for solutions, he started arguing and went so mean that he ordered his staff to stop preparing breakfast for the family and refused his staff to arrange return cab from hotel to outside. He knew very well that it is very difficult for the guests to arrange the cab themselves because it is a secluded location. Somehow we called here and there and managed to get one cab and left the property. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

The host were so good. The location was excellent. All the facilities were available even the scooties and other facilities could be available with the help of Parveen bhaiya. All rooms had Heater . The stay have been amazing . Would love to stay again next time

independent property and good location. The staff (Pankaj) was really cooperative and tried his best to make us feel comfortable at the property.

One room was not available due to leakage in the ceiling over the bed. Wi-Fi and TV facilities not available initially but after a lot of hassle and chasing the property owner, it was made available at night. The stay could have been better. The vehicle provided to the staff by the owner broke and we had to pitch in with our own vehicle for getting stuff from the market.

I had a great experience at Rudhraksh Villa.. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The staff at the property are great. The food cooked by the cook was good.
