Sunset Maisonettes

Tepede sakin bir bölgede. Aile olarak konaklamaya uygun.

Eşyalar biraz eski, bakım gerektiriyor. Küvet kullanışlı değil. Duş başlığını sabitlenmiyor. Kısaca öncelikle banyonun bakıma ihtiyacı var.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχο σημείο πάρα το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Με ψυγείο και πλυντήριο ρούχων που εξυπηρετεί μακροχρόνιες διαμονές. Καθημερινή αποκομιδή σκουπιδιών και κάθε 3 μέρες καθαριότητα του σπιτιού. Υπάρχει πισίνα που μοιράζονται 3 μεζονέτες. Το σπίτι έχει 2 μεγάλες κρεβατοκάμαρες με 2 δίπλα κρεβάτια με μόνα στρώματα.

Οταν έκανα την κράτηση επέλεξα δωρεάν ακύρωση μέχρι ενός χρονικού σημειου, μετά 50% και μετά 100%. Το κατάλυμα ή η εταιρεία που το διαχειρίζεται προχώρησε σε χρέωση 50% του ποσού άμεσα. Οταν ρώτησα το λόγο της χρέωσης μου ανέφεραν ότι αποτελεί πολιτική του καταλύματος να χρεώνεται άμεσα το ποσό. Ψάχνοντας την πολιτική του καταλύματος στο booking δεν αναφέρεται κάτι για το θέμα. Κατά την άποψη μου δεν πρέπει να χρεώνεται ο επισκέπτης κατά την περίοδο δωρεάν ακύρωσης.η υπηρεσία δωρεάν ακύρωσης παρέχεται με κόστος για τον επισκέπτη. Όταν το κατάλυμα χρεώνει προκαταβολικά με τη χρέωση τότε καταστρατηγείται επι της ουσίας η δωρεάν ακύρωση.

I loved the spaciousness of the property, the beautiful view, and the location. The property offered really good value for money. It's a good base to look around the south of the island. There are so many nice beaches only within 10 minute drive. Also, there is a very famouse gorge less than 10 minutes by car. The swimming pool looked inviting but I didn't have time to enjoy it because we spent most of our time on beaches. Some other people mentioned the traffic noise, but I didn't really notice much. We were there for 3 night during mid June, and the traffic was light. With the door shut to have air conditioner on, I didn't hear anything at night.

The shower holder was a bit loose so it didn't hold the shower correct. However it didn't bother me much. Only a very minor point.

Great view and very comfortable place! We highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and thoughtful - bringing us fresh fruits and letting us check in early.

The wood stove is only for decoration

This house was exactly like the photos, very nice big and clean. The owner was super friendly and she helped us for so many information and tips for the area. We are full recommend
