Villa Chill and Joy

Great place in a nice and quiet area, very close to a beautiful Malama Beach. Fully equiped kitchen, great and specious living room. Also very nice hosts: Elisabeth & Paris. We were welcomed by Paris with a lovely vanilla tea and also some tips about the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot !!!

The villa was great very clean had all facilities needed. Located in a quiet area but is near enough to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Malama beach is also very close if you want a change from your own private pool. A lovely restaurant and bar is also on Malamar beach. The hosts were exceptional and knowledgeable, always happy to answer our questions and offer advice on things to do and offer options other areas to explore. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing to criticise here. Couldn't fault them and even arranged for a welcome hamper on our evening of arrival! 😊😎

The house was quite new, with all the needs met for at least the settling in period (toilet paper, oil, cola, water, cleaning supplies, vutlery, pans, you name it). We spent 9 nights, so we did have to refill on certain items. The pool was great, the garden was awesome, the rooms and baths were normal & perfectly fine. The biggest 2 extras we did not expect were Malama Beach & Kalifi restaurant which were next door and were the best we found in the extended area + Paris, our host, an exteraordinary and wise man and colourful person that will stick to your memory. Aso, Paris gave us the best tips possible, saving us valuable time in searching. Thank you, Paris, for the wonderful time spent in your company!

As expected from a rental property, a couple of upkeep items can be attended, like a broken light near the pool, a wooder door cover that is not well set in place or a window that has a broken latch. But none of the items were important or bothering in any way. Paris does a good job of keeping the place nice & welcoming!

The villa's location 5 min walk to the excellent beach and 6 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarkets in main road...the villa is very well equipped ..the kitchen...endless TV bands and fine swimming pool with BBQ grill nearby...the rooms are great...aircon works perfect..3.showers room are very very fine..all is new and clean..I would love to come again to this villa..hopefully on March 2023...thanks Elizabeth and Paris_ the owners who arrange taxi with lovely driver for 6 persons .. Everything was really perfect...it's the 4th villa in Cyprus during last 4 years that we booked...it was great value for the money .we already want to be back..great vacation in highly recommended villa...thanks Hani 01/10/2022

Friendly and accommodating hosts. Comfortable 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with wifi, parking, washing facilities and pool. Excellent walking distance to two beaches. Short car ride for evening entertainment in Protaras & Ayia Napa.

In all honesty this was the most welcoming property and host I have come across. The overall vibe and facilities as well as condition of the property as a whole is very impressive. Paris was in touch from the beginning to ensure our stay was perfect.
