We had everything we've needed. The location is next to the main road, the house is built in such manner, so the sun goes behind the house in the late afternoon and the pool is warm and on shade. Going to the pool, having a cold beer and some snacks next to it during these hours was awesome. The house has all cookware thats needed for a normal stay.

Keep in mind the sea is close, you can see it from the house, its indeed ~250 -300m away, BUT the access to it is kinda restricted by the vast number of private properties. Long story short - the sea is 20 minutes away by walking. @Paschalis you can greatly improve the future stays if you make some arrangement with the owner of one of the properties that might shorten the walking distance greatly (there are such properties, lets just say we had to jump over a fence or two..). Thats the only downside, everything else was perfect, thank you!
